Parents don't need fixing.
They need a village. Train to build one.
Village Tenders are certified practitioners — doulas, midwives, educators, coaches, and community mothers — who have completed Kerry Ingram's signature leadership training and are building real, sustainable in-person community around new families.
They are the people who know how to show up. How to hold space. How to build the systems that make villages possible — not as a volunteer, but as a professional with a credential, a practice, and a client pipeline.

Become a Village Tender
The fourth trimester is the window where everything changes — and where most parents find themselves completely unsupported. We offer resources, community, and guided containers that let you be held while you find your footing.
Doulas, midwives, and postpartum caregivers who complete this training specialize in something most practitioners don't offer: the long container. Community-based postpartum care that extends beyond the birth room and into the months that shape everything.
Early childhood educators, community organizers, and values-driven mothers who complete this training learn to build thriving parent-and-baby groups that last — with the professional standing and income to match their impact.
I grew up in an Italian immigrant neighborhood in Gen X — surrounded by kids and elders, dual-working parents, front porches, and everyone knowing everyone's business. Community support was baked into life. That neighborhood literally helped me survive and become who I am.
30 years of work later: trained early childhood educator, postpartum doula, maternal mental health champion, parent and baby group facilitator, community leader. Mother, former foster parent. I've supported hundreds of thousands of families.
The reason I stopped? No financial reciprocity. I wasn't selling anything — the work just stopped. I shifted to Pilates to stay afloat. Now I'm ready to teach the next generation how to skill up, show up in person, step into leadership, and create spaces for real in-person community.
This is the work I was always meant to teach.
This is not an MLM. No cold DMs. No hustle. Just values-aligned, low-lift income for birthworkers, educators, and community mothers who already believe in this work — and have a community that needs to hear about it.

This training was built for practitioners who already show up for new families — but don't yet have the specialized language, structure, or certification to position it as a premium offering.
This isn't a course you take and forget. It's a certification that transforms how you work.
A six-month, cohort-based certification designed to give you both the philosophy and the practice — community theory, facilitation skills, business structure, and a client-ready offer by the time you graduate.
"I help new families feel held by the village."
That sentence. That's your new elevator pitch. That's what makes a prospective client stop scrolling and say yes, that's what I need. You leave this training knowing exactly what you do, who it's for, and why it's worth the investment.
Every offer leads somewhere. Whether you're a parent needing support or a practitioner ready to specialize — there's a place for you in the village.
Six-month cohort-based certification for birthworkers, educators, and community leaders. Graduate with a practice, a credential, and a client pipeline.
